Salon Guarantee: Desta Salon is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your services, simply contact our guest relations and we will arrange for you to come back in. We ask that you call us within 48 hours of your original appointment, please.

Reservations – To ensure technician’s availability we recommend you pre book your next appointment. All appointments will require a credit card number on file to hold scheduled appointments. Although we know unforeseen circumstances may arise that would prohibit you from giving us proper notification for missing appointments, 24 hours notice of appointment changes is requested.

Guest Cancellation – We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a 25% fee. No shows will be charged a 50% fee. Thank you for respecting your technician’s time.

Salon Information – We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client a short profile will be completed prior to service.

Late Arrivals – We regret that we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals. You may not receive your full service booking. We ask if you are going to be late, please call our salon and we can estimate at that time, if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Cell Phones and Pagers – Out of consideration of our guests, please have cell phones and pagers set to silent and please limit your use of cell phones and pagers while at the Salon.

Gift Certificates – Gift cards may be redeemed for services or retail products only. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift card may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discount.

Returns – If you have purchased a product that is not working for you and need to exchange it, please do so within 14 days. As always, Desta salon Guarantees your satisfaction.

Children - We cordially request that you refrain from bringing your children along. We not only think that this is an unsafe environment for children but it detracts from the tranquil experience we wish to provide all our clients.

Checks - Desta Salon does not accept personal checks.
